Fun with Aunt Beth....

So this morning, as soon as the kids woke up (5:30 am Mountain Time), they asked if Aunt Beth would take them to go and climb a mountain. So off we went after eating breakfast, playing for a bit and waiting until a more acceptable time to leave (around 9:00 am). So the "mountain" is just more of a trail BUT the kids could see this large "hill" from Aunt Beth's and we climbed up *most* of the way. (Rest of it didn't have a trail.)

This first picture was so precious! Grandpa, Brevon, and Bundy walking along!

Soon after the above picture, Lexi and Brevon decided to run way ahead!! Until they saw something and then they did what apparently every good Van Lente does, they screamed like little school girls and wouldn't leave my side. It finally came out that they saw a snake. So for those of you who have seen the Van Lente Snake dance, well it has been officially performed in Colorado and Brevon and Lexi did the dance well! :-)

Personally, the below picture is just so cute. I love Lexi's sunglasses on her head!! :-) just like Momma.
