Happy Birthday!

Conversation this morning:
Me: Brevon and Dani it is your birthday. Five years ago you popped out of my tummy.
Brevon: Yep, I popped right out of your tummy.
Dani: (in her nervous giggle voice) Five years ago, I got stuck in your tummy. Lexi & Brevon popped out but I didn't.
Me: No, honey you didn't.

Here is the celebration of their birthday that we had tonight. Lexi has been fighting a fever all week so we couldn't go anywhere to do anything extra special. A balloon bouquet, pizza picnic, unwrapping presents, play time, & cake with ice cream seemed to be an excellent celebration!

100 piece Spiderman puzzle. He can do 48 no problem. All of the 63's were girly... so this one may take some work...

With one sick child, I didn't have everything on hand to put together a fancy cake. I decided to make a caterpillar. Dani got excited that I made the letter 'S' . Brevon was excited that I made a snake. As long as they were both happy we won't fret that no one saw the caterpillar... :-)
