Are no longer babies. Yesterday, on the eleventh day in the elventh month, they turned two. I cannot believe it, well actually I can... but that is another story. When I picked them up out of their cribs yesterday morning, I asked them to give each other a happy birthday hug. I think my heart stopped. They were so sweet and just held each other. Reminded me of a picture I have of them on their original birthday. Brevon reaching out and touching Dani while she sat under the oxygen hood struggling to breathe....brings tears to your eyes. ;-)
But now they are just excited to be turning two.

For those that don't know, the twins share a birthday with my older cousin...it is kind of a common thing on that side of the family, most everyone shares a birthday with someone else. Really strange at times.

Hey Niki, sorry I've been negligent with comments lately, but I do look often.
I can't believe your sweet twins are 2 already?! I know your emotions are all over the place with their birthday, I hope it was a joyful day for everyone!
Spencer turns 4 next week, and I am anticipating the day better than I did last year. I did have a teary moment when I looked at the calendar recently and realized his b-day falls on thanksgiving this year(lump in throat).
We have a lot to be thankful for, eh?
i cannot believe they're two already!! and i didn't realize they were born on brad's b-day either. maybe it's just me, but i'm seeing some brianna in dani...and one picture dan and i agreed she looks like mom. i dunno, but they both are growing up!
