Lexi

Lexi received in her bag of papers from being absent last week, a certificate. It says "Be Your Best" and is sponsored thru McDonald's. On the certificate it says "Goes out of her way to be a good friend". Well today I had to ask her teacher about this. At chapel once per month each teacher can name one student to be basically their "Student of the Month". Lexi was Student of the Month for October for her Young 5's Class. Mrs. Oaster said that a certain student felt left out of a situation and Lexi made this student feel better by sharing with them. I am so proud of her...all of the talk about sharing might finally be paying off! :-) So Mom is quite proud and had to let everyone know! Oh, since McDonalds plays a part in all of this she receives one free dessert from McD's!! She will be so excited!! Yippee for Lexi!
