We went to Gull Meadow Farms today which was about a 20 minute drive from our house. We met with a group of our friends and had an opportunity to take a wagon ride pulled by a tractor (Dani and Brevon liked that) around the farm and through the woods, we were able to see lots of apple trees and pumpkin patches. After awhile they stopped and we each were able to pick a small bag of apples, we picked one bag of Jonathan and one bag of Red Delicious. Then we went back had apple cider and donuts (yummy) and then played in this area called pumpkin lane. We had a great time.
The girls playing in a rock pile while we were waiting for our friends to come and play.
Lexi picking apples. She had a great time.
Back on the wagon and enjoying the freshly picked apples.
"Yummy"
After our wagon ride we were able to play in Pumpkin Lane. The main theme for my kids for the day was "divide and conquer" so there are not very many pictures!

This is the kids corn maze, instead of there being a corn field it was a maze of this fencing. It was really nice because the parents could sit back and watch and not freak out because they couldn't see their children, plus the entrance and exit were about 5 feet apart and there was no other way out!! :-)
This is a hay bale maze, Dani thinks it is much more fun to climb on the bales rather than do the maze.
This is a pumpkin that we brought home, Lexi took this picture, well at least she was able to get the pumpkin in the picture, kind of missed me!! :-)
